WW2 German Wehrmacht Reinigungsgerät 34 – K98 RG34 CLEANING KIT – COMPLETE!

You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a WW2 German Wehrmacht / Luftwaffe K98 Model RG34 Cleaning Kit!

After evolving from the Gew98 Rifle, the K98 rifle began production in 1934.  When it was issued, it, included various accessories, including a sling, cleaning rod, protective muzzle cap, and an RG34 cleaning kit.

Made of aluminum and steel, this cleaning kit case was manufactured in the earlier stages of the war. Though most of the original paint has faded over time, it is in 100% COMPLETE! A few marks, scratches, wear, and obvious wear, due to the age. Faintly marked, “G. Appel”, however I cannot see any dates (probably dates around 1942). Comes with the aluminum chain, 2 brushes, bakelite oiler, take-down tool, and cotton wadding. Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
