You are bidding on an EXTREMELY RARE example of a 100% original WW2 German Wehrmacht / Luftwaffe Panzer Kasten Nr. 23a, as in various Tanks, Tank Destroyers, and Armour Reconnaissance Vehicles!
The Panzer Kasten Nr. 23a was a radio amplifier used in various Tanks, Tank Destroyers, and Armoured Vehicles in WW2.Used in conjunction with the Fusprech a thru f, it was used to allow the commander to communicate with the Radio Operator, Driver, and Loader.
Used to communicate between Crew Members, this amplifier is in EXCELLENT used condition!!It retains 95% of it’s original paint and finish, and all buttons/switches are 100% functional. All data labels and electrical schematics are also present. Missing some small parts internally, so only around 95% complete. Features all tubes and connections, and it appears it could be functional…however I have not tested it.There are some very slight marks, wear, and slight damage due to the age, however it is still VERY SOLID! I have indicated similar units (Panzer variant Kasten Panzer 20) in the last photos. Would be a PERFECT addition to any collection or restoration project!
Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–
Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
