You are bidding on a BEAUTIFUL and 100% original WW2 German Heer/Wehrmacht 1944 Calendar, titled, “De Wehrmacht”. Complete with the original cover page, it features 52 Color Images of various tanks, vehicles, fighters, bombers, transports, and personnel! Written in the Dutch language.
Produced by Carl Werner, and NEVER seen on the market, this auction features a COMPLETE 1944 German Calendar! As the prints were made to be cut out and used as postcards after the week was up, you normally find only the separate prints. The separate prints do come up from time to time, but RARELY do you see the full calendar!
Printed by the Verlag der Wehrmacht, and made of heavy paper, this calendar is in SUPERB and 100% COMPLETE condition! Each image represents 1 week in the year 1944, and none have been torn out or altered in any way. There are some slight bends, wear, and marks due to the age, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance. Sadly the front cover page is missing, and the first page appears to have been taped (period repair). Guaranteed 100% ORIGINAL, and measuring approx. 7″ x 8.5″ in size, it would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
