Description

 

You are bidding on a VERY RARE example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe 0-14m Elek. Tiefanzeiger (Electrical Depth Indicator), as used on the He-111, He-115 and other torpedo bombers!
 

  

 This Torpedo Depth Gauge was part of the onboard bombing equipment.  As the bombardier had to set the required depth before release, this instrument indicated the current setting.  Used on the He-111 H6., He-115 and others!

  

Made of aluminum and bakelite this piece is dates late around 1944, and would have been used right up until the end of the war.  It remains in EXCELLENT used condition, however there are some marks due to the age. The data label is very clear and legible.  A SUPERB item for any collection or display!
