You are bidding on a VERY NICE used set of WW2 German Luftwaffe Wagener / Auer Model 306 Pilot Goggles (Schutzbrille)! These were used by many fighter and bomber pilots!
Made of aluminum and rubber, this is an EXCELLENT set of Model 306 Flight Goggles! In used condition, they do show some slight marks and wear throughout…but still retain 95% original paint! Maker marked with an “AB”, as well as the date of 1940! Lenses are clear and feature only slight scratches and marks. The rubber face padding is still VERY soft, with no cracks or damage! The strap is still quite solid, with no loose stitching, but it appears to be a replacement. I would consider swapping this out for a correct strap for an additional cost, if interested. Would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
