You are bidding on a VERY RARE pair of WW2 German Luftwaffe Aircraft Seat Attachment Bolts! SPECIFIC to the Messerschmitt Me109 Fighter Aircraft, these original cockpit components secured the Pilot’s Seat to the Seat Mounting and Adjustment Rails.
The Me109 pilot’s seat was mounted within the cockpit on a dedicated support and adjustment system that allowed it to be securely retained while still permitting the positioning required for the pilot. These small specialized fittings formed part of the original seat installation and are exactly the type of hardware that was normally separated, lost, or discarded when wartime aircraft were dismantled.
Made of steel, these two original seat attachment assemblies are in EXCELLENT used condition! Both remain complete with the associated retaining components – part numbers; 109.102-010 H 004, 109.102-010.004, and 109.102-010.003. The assemblies show only some light surface corrosion and oxidation from long-term storage, with NO serious pitting, cracks, breaks, bends, or repairs!. All moving and retaining components remain intact, and the assemblies retain the correct original configuration for installation. Everything present is 100% ORIGINAL wartime German manufacture. These are EXTREMELY RARE cockpit fittings that are virtually never encountered loose on the collector market, making them an exceptional opportunity for an advanced Me109 cockpit restoration, airframe project, museum display, or Luftwaffe aircraft collection!
