WW II German Air Force Fliegerkombi – PILOT ELECTRICAL FLIGHT SUIT – RARE!

Development of protective flight uniforms and equipment began with the advent of military aircraft in WWI and continued on into the Weimar and the Third Reich eras, resulting in three distinct one-piece combination pattern flight suits being approved before WWII and worn for the duration of the war with minor modifications.

This auction features an 100% guaranteed pre-1945 German Flight Suit.  In used condition, this has sadly suffered from storage issues.  As such, there are various holes and tears throughout.  All the electrics are intact, however.  Manufactured in a dark blue cotton, it has a full length zipper in the front, as well as sleeve, ankle, and various access zips.  The zippers are made by RAPID, PRYM, ZIPP, and REINNADEL.  The original leather neck strap is also still present!  It a manufacture label clearly indicates, “Karl Heisler, Berlin”.  The colors are still VERY sharp, and most zippers that are present are still 100% functional!  Sadly, a couple zipper pulls are missing.  Originals sell in the $2000 range…but as this is mainly for parts/restoration, I have listed the price accordingly.  Would make an EXCELLENT addition to any collection or display!
