Description
Mounted on the main instrument panel, this clock needs no introduction. It was made famous throughout the war as the standard German Aircraft Cockpit Clock. It was usually mounted on the front or side cockpit consoles and features a chronometer, adjustable bezel, and a 15-minute timer.
Made of aluminum with a bakelite bezel, this 5th model Junghans clock is in EXCELLENT used condition! Retains 95% of the ORIGINAL paint and finish (RLM66), and features the screw on back. Date plate is worn (common), and the dial still glows at night (must be charged with UV light). Sadly, it is missing the small hand for the sub-dial at the bottom (easy replacement). Otherwise, 100% FUNCTIONAL! Would make a FANTASTIC addition to any collection, panel rebuild, or restoration project!
