You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a WW2 US Navy Type AN-H-15 Flight Helmet and Communication Equipment!
The AN-H-15 helmet was introduced as the standard summer or light weight for the Army Air Force and Navy on April 23, 1943.  It served as the replacement for the Type A-9 flying helmet.

Made of a tan khaki cotton material, this flight helmet is in GOOD condition for its age! As it is in used condition, there are various marks and wear throughout, as well as some loose stitching. The earphones are 100% intact, and comes with a late-war M-6/UR Boom Microphone and MT-368/UR Mount. US Navy Stamp is also on the microphone. No major rust or corrosion on the metal fittings. Probably dating around 1944-1950 or so. Marked as a MEDIUM. An interesting set-up, it would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
