WW2 Imperial Japanese Navy – TYPE 0 MODEL 1 "KAI" 1 – MAGNETIC COMPASS – RARE!

  Made of brass and aluminum by the Tokyo Aviation Indicator Company, this instrument is in EXCELLENT used condition! It was taken from a downed Japanese aircraft during the war, and it still retains 90% of its original finish!  Some slight marks, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance. Most of the original fluid remains, which indicates that it is still sealed, with NO leaks! Still comes with the original light bulb and socket. 100% functional (still points magnetic North), the data plate is a late-war foil type. I have shown its location in the last photos. Like most Japanese instruments, this instrument is VERY rare and would be a FANTASTIC addition to any Japanese Instrument Collection!
