You are bidding on an EXCELLENT example of a WW2 German Wehrmacht Soldier Profile Presentation Award Plaque! These were usually awarded for bravery or other special accomplishments/duties during the war.
Made of wood and silvered zinc, this plaque is in SUPERB condition for it’s age! It features a prominent 2- dimensional image of a Helmeted German Soldier. The artists name is molded into the bottom, indicating the initials, “RM”. There is some slight wear due to the age, but nothing that take away from the overall appearance. Measuring an approx. overall size of 5″ x 7″, it would be a PERFECT addition to any collection or display.
