Description
The German Army used a wide variety of optical equipment, including a 6×30 (6 power magnification with 30mm objective lens, being the standard issued optics used by all branches of service). Though this type was the standard, specialized personnel required stronger optics (such as this 10×50), and were issues to personnel on a limited basis.
Made of Ersatz Leather and Steel, this “Panzer” Binocular Case is in NICE used condition! Some slight marks, and wear, but nothing that detracts. Features a “bmj” maker code; a prominent Waffenamt; and a date stamp indicated “1942”. Strap is complete, but stiff and broken in places. Retains one of the original lens filters internally. Would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
