You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a WW2 German Wehrmacht Wischstock (Cleaning Rod), as used ONLY used in conjunction with the Mauser K98 Rifle! This is the later rod (1941+) that is 12.5″ in overall length.

The cleaning rod or extraction rod (Wischstock) is the required accessory for the German Mauser K98 Rifle.

Made of steel, this is in EXCELLENT used condition! There are some slight marks and scratches due to the age, but otherwise VERY SOLID. No markings that I can see. 100% functional, it would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
