WW2 German Wehrmacht Army K98 Bayonet – 1944/1945 M42 BAYONET FROG – LATE WAR!

 Made of leather, this riveted late-style M42 bayonet frog is in VERY  GOOD condition considering it’s age.  Made in 1944/45, there are some slight marks due to the age, but otherwise is in EXCELLENT condition!  Some slight rust on the metal fittings and studs.  As the leather is VERY soft on this type, the rivet hole broke at one point of time, and a repair was made on the cross strap to rectify (adding an addition piece of leather at the end).  One of the few late-war variants I have seen.  Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
