Description
This instrument was part of the fighter/bomber oxygen system, and measured the pressure flowing from the Oxygen Regulator to the pilot’s oxygen mask. This was usually located on the starboard console of most aircraft including the Me109, Fw190, Me262, Do355, Ta152, Go229, Ju87, He72 He219, Ju88, and Me163. Made of aluminum and steel, this instrument is in EXCELLENT unused condition. It dates between 1944 and 1945, and 99% of the original paint and finish remains! The data label is intact, and clearly indicates Fl. 30496. Some marks due to the age, but comes complete in the original box! I have shown it’s position in the Me109 and Fw190 cockpits. A PERFECT addition to any collection, display, or restoration project! Please email me if you need additional photos or information. |
