You are bidding on a SUPERB used example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe Luftschraubenstellungszeiger (Propeller Pitch Indicator), Fl. 18503-1, as used in many German Fighter aircraft, such as the Me109, Fw190, Me110 and others!
This instrument dates around 1944-1945. It was mounted on the forward instrument panel and indicated the current Propeller Pitch to the pilot. It was used in late-war fighters and bombers such as the Me109 and Fw190.
Made by VDO of aluminum and steel, this instrument is in EXCELLENT used condition and all dials work smoothly and correctly. The ID number is complete, clearly indicating 9-9548 B2 on the dial. This is a late-war example, featuring 95% of its original paint and finish! There are some light scratches and marks on the housing, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance. The dial still glows when UV light is applied! I have indicated it’s location in the Fw190 and Me109 cockpits. A RARE item, it would make a PERFECT addition to any collection, panel re-build, or restoration project!
Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

All sales are final, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase.
——————- ABOUT ME —————–
Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
