Description
You are bidding on a SUPERB unused example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe White Merkleuchte (Indicator Light Cap) Fl. 32529, as used in many German aircraft including the Me109, Fw190, Me262, Hs129, He219 and others!
This indicator was mounted in the main control panel and had various functions. Most notably used for the Weapons System (indicated bomb release, weapons fire), it was also used to indicate Fuel Consumption and Landing Gear position.
Made of plastic and aluminum, this indicator lamp cap is in EXCELLENT unused condition. It retains 95% of its original paint and finish! Some marks and wear from storage, but nothing that detract. I have indicated it’s location in the last photo. A PERFECT addition to any collection, display, or restoration project!
