Description

You are bidding on a SUPERB relic example of WW2 German Luftwaffe Hebel für Spreizklappenbetätigung (Cooler Flap Control Arm), as recovered from the wreck of a Ju87 B “Stuka”.  Originating from Russia, I will provide the loss information to the winning bidder.

These control arms were located inside the large chin cowl of the Ju87, to enable actuation of the cooler flaps.  It was used on all all dive bomber models of the Ju87 aircraft.

Made of aluminum and steel, this cooler flap control arm is an EXCELLENT relic example!  Though it has some slight pitting, dirt, dents, and damage, it still retains 80% of it’s original paint and finish!  Could be cleaned up quite well for display.  EASILY identifiable, the last photo indicates the exact location.  A VERY RARE item, and would make a FANTASTIC addition to any collection or display

Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
