Description

You are bidding on a NICE used example of an WW2 German Luftwaffe 0-3 kg/cm2 Druckmesser (Pressure Gauge) Fl. 20504-3 as used in the late-war Me109 and Fw190 fighter aircraft!

The 0-3 kg/cm2 Pressure Gauge and measured the pressure of the MW50 or GM-1 system which sent Methanol into the engine.  This added an extra boost (similar to today’s Nitrous Boost in cars) that lasted usually 10-30 seconds.  It was located on the side console or main instrument panel of the Me-109 and Fw190.

Made of bakelite and aluminum, this instrument is in GOOD used condition! Some marks, wear, and corrosion, due to the age, but nothing that detracts. The Fl. number is clearly indicated on the face! Retains much of its original paint and finish! I have indicated it’s location in the last photos. A VERY NICE and original item for any collection or display!
