Description

You are bidding on a GOOD example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe Elt. Wendezeiger (Electric Turn and Bank Indicator), Fl. 22412, as ONLY used in the He162, Me163, and Ta154 Fighter Aircraft!
This instrument measured the turn angle and side-slip of the aircraft, and connected to the main electrics.
 Made of aluminum and steel, this is an NICE instrument, and dates around 1944. It is 100% complete, and is in USED condition. Data label and part of the plug connecter have been removed, but this will not affect the functionality. Dial clearly indicates the part number, Fl. 22412. Some marks and scratches due to the age. There appears to be some glue affixed to the side from being mounted into a display board, but that could be removed. I indicated where it would have been installed in last photo. A PERFECT item for any collector, display, or restoration project!
