Description

You are bidding on a FANTASTIC and EXTREMELY RARE example of a 100% ORIGINAL WW2 German Kriegsmarine Issue A. Schuchmann, Wilhelmshaven Stopwatch!  This LARGE 70mm watch was used by various U-Boat crew members for torpedo timing!

The A. Schuchmann, Wilhelmshaven Stopwatch features a 60 second timer, for up to a total of 60 minutes.

This stopwatch is in SUPERB used condition!  The dial is in EXCELLENT condition, with only minor aging.  Manufactured between 1941 and 1943, there is NO damage or corrosion, however it does feature some slight marks on the lens, and wear from use and age.  The casing is chrome plated, with a full KM Adler on the reverse.  The movement is made by Isgus/Schlenker-Grusen, and though it is 100% FUNCTIONAL, the second push of the crown (that should stop the second hand) is not engaging.  It probably needs to be serviced/cleaned.  The Start and Stop/Reset features do function correctly, however.  Would make a VERY NICE and original item for any collection or display!

——————- ABOUT ME —————–
Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
