Description
You are bidding on a VERY RARE used example of a 100% original WW2 German Wehrmacht Fst. Fu.G. Netzanschlußgerät (Fortress Radio Power Supply)! Though I am not sure of the exact usage, it would have been used in conjunction with various Bunker and Fortification Radio Systems!
Made of aluminum, bakelite, and steel, this Bunker Radio Power Supply is in EXCELLENT used condition! Retaining 95% original EARLY paint & finish, it does feature some slight marks, and wear, and scratches, due to the age, but nothing that detracts. No pitting or corrosion. The previous owner converted one of the plugs (he simply installed it backwards) in order to be used in the USA. This was probably done in the 1970s, but should be very easy to convert back. The previous collector also made a hand-drawn electrical schematic, which is included. Appears to be complete internally, however as I have never seen another one, I am not 100% sure. Selling this as-is. This came with the Torn Fu.d2 Radio I have listed, and though the case is the same, I am not sure of its exact use. Dated 1937, there lots of markings and stamps throughout, and comes complete with the original cover. Would be a PERFECT addition to any collection or restoration project!
