You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a 100% ORIGINAL WW2 British Army MK. II Brodie Child’s Helmet!
Made of a lightweight aluminum, this Homefront Child’s MK. II Brodie Helmet is in EXCELLENT used condition! Sating around 1942, there are some slight marks, dents, and wear due to the age, but nothing that detracts. Still retains MUCH of the original paint! No markings that I can see. Still retains the original leather chin strap, which is quite rate, as they were usually lost or broken from use/wear. This was essentially an exact copy of the British issued helmet, but designed smaller for children so they could “play soldier” while their father’s were overseas. PERFECT for any collection or display!
