Description
Made of wood and steel, this Hugo Koller German Combat Fighting Knife is in EXCELLENT condition considering its age. Some marks, wear, stains on the blade, but VERY solid otherwise. Tip is not as sharp as it used to be (see photos). The RARE maker, Hugo Koller, is clearly stamped onto the blade. Crossguard is a tiny bit loose, but it does not detract. Though the scabbard is original to this knife, I believe this is a WW1 knife that was re-issued in WW2, and as such, has a WW2 variant scabbard, as opposed to the usual type from the earlier Koller. Scabbard in and condition matches that of the blade. Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!
