You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a WW1 Imperial Germany Navy M1889 Statien & Becker Signal Flare Pistol!

Made of wood and brass, this WWI Imperial German Navy Model 1889 Signal Flare Pistol is in EXCELLENT used condition! Marked, “ST & B 14” for Statien & Becker, Lubeck, as well as a “14” on shell ejector, and “23” on frame below barrel lug. Barrel opens and closes with the lever under barrel front, “G” on frame underside next to barrel hinge, with the serial number, “4409”. Various marks and wear throughout. One of the wood grips has a small chip in the corner (see photos). 100% functional, it would make a FANTASTIC addition to any collection or display!
