Description
Made of steel, this item is a FANTASTIC example! Some marks and wear, but it retains much of its original paint and finish! Markings are a bit faint, but indicate, “Vor Gebrauch Sprengkapsel einsetzen! ” (Before Use Detonator insert!). Dated 1917 on the handle. End cap, string and pull bead are still present, but corroded. The handle is original to the head, and matches in overall condition. Overall a VERY NICE example, PERFECT item for any collection or display!
