Description
Made of solid brass, aluminum, and steel by Emil Busch A.G/ Rathenow, this 2.75x power Sniper Scope is a TEXTBOOK example! Though it is over 100 years old, there are NO dents or damage and all markings are VERY prominent! The vertical adjustment knob is graduated 1-10, and it features a standard 4-post reticle. Optics are VERY CLEAR and sharp, with only some slight haziness! The original leather Eye Cup and Sun Shield are also present! The stitching on the Sun Shield has split, but it could easily be repaired if one wished. These are almost ALWAYS missing, making it VERY RARE! Overall it has an AMAZING patina throughout, and still retains the original mounts! The data information is still clearly impressed into the side and indicates:
EMIL BUSCH A-G
RATHENOW
“VISAR” 2¾x
Gewehr. No. 3833e
All adjustments work as they should! Come complete with the ORIGINAL Matching Case! Though the case does feature some dents due to the age, all data information is present, with all information and serial numbers matching that of the scope itself. Top cover features a flap that retains the original adjustment key for mounting. I have shown a similar scope in the last image. Would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
