Description
You are bidding on a VERY NICE used example of a WW1 German Bundesheer Issue F.N. Tietz Schützengrabenarmband Trench Watch & Wrist Strap!
Made of a .900 silver case, this German-made Trench Watch is in EXCELLENT functioning condition! Though the crystal shows some light scratches, the dial and hands are in near MINT condition, with NO damage or corrosion! Note that because I use a camera flash, the scratches show up more pronounced than they actually are in person. Manufactured in 1914, it is in used condition, the case does show some signs of wear (scratches, marks, patina), but it is in otherwise VERY NICE condition for its age. Though it is 100% functional, the movement has not been serviced in 30 years. I would suggest getting it cleaned for daily use as these were not made to last. Comes complete with the original leather Wrist Strap and protective cage outer casing. A VERY RARE piece of history, it would make for a VERY NICE addition to any collection, or display!
