You are bidding on a FANTASTIC example of WW2 Imperial Japanese Army / Navy Field Dressing/Banadage, as used by many medical personnel and surgeons!

  

 Among the medical equipment and accessories issued to troops were a wide variety of bandages, would dressings, and basic first aid items.  Each soldier was issued a large and small field dressing and given basic instruction on how to properly dress a wound.
 

This larger Surgical / Field Dressing is in SUPERB condition for it’s age. and retains all of it’s original black Kanji markings!  It is approx. 1.5″ x 2.5″ x 3.5″ in size, and is made of a tan/grey cotton/rayon fabric.  Overall VERY NICE condition with minimal wear and fading.  Perfect for any collection, re-enactor or display!
