You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a WW2 Imperial Japanese Army 8×6.2 Degree Scissor/Trench Binocular & Case! This “periscope” style of optic was used throughout the war in many capacities.
Made of Brass, Aluminum, and Steel, this Trench Periscope is in EXCELLENT used condition! Some marks and wear due to the age, however it still retains 95% of the original finish! The optics are a bit hazy with some dust particles, but are in PERFECT alignment! All adjustments work as they should, and the spirit level still contains all the original fluid! NO breaks or damage! Would make a PERFECT item to any collection or display!
