You are bidding on a VERY RARE unused example of a WW2 German Wehrmacht (Heer / Kriegsmarine / Luftwaffe) 2000Ω Kopfhörer (Earphone / Headset)! This type was used in MANY Radio and Communication systems!
Made of aluminum, rubber, steel, and bakelite, this Earphone is in EXCELLENT unused condition! Originating from old storage, it retains approx. 95% of the original paint and finish! Some slight marks and wear, but nothing that detracts. Features a manufacture logo, “ERPEES”, and production date of 1941. One area where the post attaches is loose (see red circle in 5th image), but that is an easy fix. All the wiring appears to be original, but is of a different type than what I normally see. A FANTASTIC item for any collection or display!
