You are bidding on an EXTREMELY RARE relic example of a WW2 German Panzer Zündgerät Cannon Firing Button Mount!  Though this button was used in almost every Tank and Tank Destroyer, this mount is SPECIFIC to the Pz.Kfw. VI “Tiger”!

The button that mounted to this, when pressed, would fire the main cannons mounted inside the tank or armoured vehicle.  It was usually located at the side of the main gun. for easy access to the gunner.

Made of aluminum and steel,  this Cannon FIring Button Mount is in AMAZING relic condition!.  Some obvious marks, wear, and corrosion, but still EASILY identifiable!  It still features the RARE aluminum mounting hardware that affixed the button.  Would make a FANTASTIC display for those who have an original button to mount!  I have indicated it’s location in the last photo.  ONLY used in the late-war TIGER, this piece came out of Normandy.  Sadly, I do not have any further information.  A PERFECT addition to any collection, display, or restoration project!

Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

——————- TERMS OF SALE —————–

Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. All sales are final, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
