You are bidding on a VERY RARE and 100% ORIGINAL set of edition of “Das Heer im Grossdeutschen Freiheitskampf”, with color photos by various acclaimed artists! This original publication features numerous photos, as well as basic descriptive text.
This EXTREMELY RARE photo print series is in SUPERB used condition! Though there is some wear, marks, and tears to the outer cover (VERY FRAGILE), there are NO rips or tears on the photo prints! Images depict the men and equipment of the Wehrmacht. Cover does show wear and stains. Has a wartime ink stamp indicating that it belonged to the, “Annahmestelle X für Offizierbewerber des Heeres; Bremen Scharnhorstkaserne” (Acceptance Point X for Officer Candidates of the Army; Bremen Scharnhorst Barracks). You usually find these prints being sold separately for around $30 each…and this set contains 50 in total! Many of these larger prints were later made into smaller postcards. Would make a VERY RARE addition to any collection or display!
