Description
Made of steel by kjj (Askania Werk AG, Berlin-Friedenau), this anti-aircraft aiming scope was manufactured between 1941 and 1945. It retains 90% of its original bare steel finish with NO corrosion or damage! The manufacture code and data information is stamped into the sides, indicating:

Z.F. 3×8° Flak
3.7cm 37Though the optics are quite clear (only slight traces of spotting), the rear ocular lens is not screwed all the way in (see photos). This is due to some threads that are damaged. Should be an easy fix for someone who wishes to spend the time to clean up the threads. Overall, this is a VERY NICE scope that would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
