WW II German Army Air Force K98 Bayonet – 43 FNJ COPPEL – MATCHING – SUPERB!

1 in stock

You are bidding on a SUPERB example of a WW2 German Vet Pick-Up K98 Bayonet!  100% MATCHING, it comes complete with the original scabbard!

Made of wood and steel, this German K98 Bayonet is in EXCELLENT condition considering theirs age.  Brought back by a US veteran, and made by fnj (Alexander Coppel), there are some slight marks due to the age, but nothing that detracts.  Some very minor marks, stains, and wear, but the blade has never been sharpened.  The scabbard is 100% matching.  The knives features dark wood grips, and are marked:

43 fnj

The scabbard condition matches that of the knife, with some minor marks and scratches due to the age.  It is marked:

43 fnj

There is a waffenampt on the finial, but too small for me to make out.  One of the NICEST FNJ bayonets I have seen, it would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!

Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

——————- TERMS OF SALE —————–

Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. All sales are final, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
