You are bidding on a VERY NICE example of a WW2 German Daimon Field Flashlight (Feld Taschenlampe)! This was a standard issue item, used by all branches, including the Heer, Luftwaffe, and Kriegsmarine!
The field flashlight was a standard issue item for all ranks and featured various colored lenses for signaling or darker lenses for camouflage purposes.
Made of lightweight steel, this flashlight is in EXCELLENT used condition! Retaining approx. 90% of its original paint and finish, there are some slight marks, wear, dents, and scratches due to the age, but VERY solid otherwise! DAIMON is clearly stamped into the front. It features 3 sliders that allow the user to bring up a red, green, or dark grey lenses/filters. On/Off switch is featured at the top. The back features a clip to allow the light to be buttoned to the users uniform. The interior still retains all of is component parts, INCLUDING the original wartime batttery! A PERFECT addition to any collection or display!

——————- ABOUT ME —————–
Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
