WW II German Aircraft Variometer – VERTICAL SPEED – Fl. 22384 – Me110 Do335 Ju88

Out of stock

You are bidding on a SUPERB used example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe +15/-15 m/s Variometer (Climb/Decent Gauge), Fl.22384, as used in various German fighters, such as the Ju88, Me-110, Me210, DFS230, Do335, and He-111!

This instrument measured the vertical speed climb/decent using the surrounding air pressure.  It was located on the main instrument panel of many German aircraft.

Made of bakelite and aluminum, this is instrument is in EXCELLENT used condition!  It was manufactured around 1944, and though it does have some marks/scratches, it features NO damage!  Still retains the original air lines on the reverse!  Data label is still present, clearly indicating Fl. 22384. I have indicated it’s location in the last photos (Ju88, Do335, Me210).  Would make a SUPERB addition to any collection or display!

Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
