WW II German Aircraft – PROPELLER COVER PLATE – HIRTH – Kl35 Me108 Bu131

1 in stock

You are bidding on a VERY NICE 100% original WW2 German Luftwaffe Aircraft Propeller Cover Plate!  Used in conjunction with the Hirth HM 504, HM 506, and HM 508 aircraft engines, it was installed used on the Me108, Kl35, Bu131 Bu181, and others!

Made of aluminum and steel, and originating from the wreck of a WW2 German aircraft, this item is in SUPERB relic condition!  Though it does feature some corrosion, damage, and marks, it retains MUCH of its original shape and structure!  The main engine manufacture plate is still attached, clearly showing, “HIRTH NABE”, as well as the Luftwaffe data plate affixed over top.  Part number indicates, “9-300 23”, with a prominent Luftwaffe BAL inspection stamp!  I have shown the exact location on a Klemm Kl35 in the last photo, however it was used in other aircraft as well.  Could use a bit of a clean-up…but PERFECT for restoration or display!

——————- TERMS OF SALE —————–

Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. I will describe each auction to the best of my knowledge and take as many photos necessary to ensure you are pleased upon receiving your item. All sales are final, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
