Description

You are bidding on a VERY RARE used example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe 1940’s Omega 8-Day LO 1r Cockpit Clock, Fl. 22601!  This type was used in early aircraft such as the Junker W34, Ju52, Ar68, Ar76, Bu131, Bu181, and many others!

  

Made of aluminum, brass, and steel, this early Omega 8-Day Cockpit Clock is in EXCELLENT used condition.  Retains 90% of the original cockpit paint, with only some light marks and scratches (nothing that take away from the overall appearance).  The dial still glows at night (must be charged with UV light), and it is 100% FUNCTIONAL!  All data and manufacture information is stamped into the back.  I have only seen FOUR of these types available in the last 20 years, making it EXCEEDINGLY RARE!  Would make a FANTASTIC addition to any collection, panel re-build, or restoration project!
