From a limited edition of 1200/1250 this auction features a VERY NICE print by Robert Taylor. Classic air combat scene with Me262 jet fighters of JV44, led by General Adolf Galland, making a high speed rocket assault on a formation of USAAF B-26 Marauders over Southern Germany in April 1945. In addition to Taylor, it is hand-signed by: General Adolf Galland – Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves, Swords and Diamonds Major Erich Rudorffer – Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords Lieutenant Walter Schuck – Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves This item has been stored FLAT since 1991, however it may have some slight wear on the edges, not seen in the photographs. Measuring approx. 26″ x 36″ in size, it would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!
