You are bidding on an AMAZING and BOXED example of a 5th Model 1940’s WW2 German Luftwaffe Junghans Clock, Fl. 23885! This type was used in other aircraft such as the Me109, Fw190, Me110, Me262, and many others!
Mounted on the main instrument panel, this clock needs no introduction. It was made famous throughout the war as the standard German Aircraft Cockpit Clock. It was usually mounted on the front or side cockpit consoles and features a chronometer, adjustable bezel, and a 15-minute timer.
Made of aluminum with a bakelite bezel, this 5th model Junghans clock is in SUPERB unused condition! Complete in the original box, it retains 99% of the ORIGINAL paint and finish (RLM66), and features the screw on back. Date plate is 98% complete, and all information is legible. The dial still glows at night (must be charged with UV light), and it is 100% FUNCTIONAL! EASILY the nicest one I have ever seen, the original instructions are also included. Impossible to upgrade, it would make a FANTASTIC addition to any collection, panel rebuild, or restoration project!
Please email me if you need additional photos or information.

——————- TERMS OF SALE —————–
Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. I will describe each auction to the best of my knowledge and take as many photos necessary to ensure you are pleased upon receiving your item. All sales are final, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase.
——————- ABOUT ME —————–
Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
