Description
Made of aluminum and bakelite, this late-style throttle lever was manufactured between 1943 and 1945. It has some marks, scratches, and wear, but is EASILY identifiable and VERY solid! It still retains traces of its original paint, as features a Junkers part number on the top, indicating, 8-88.7202-0126. I was told it came from a Ju88 Night Fighter, but as the knobs were made larger in the later models (and the the “88” prefix remained on many parts), I am fairly sure this is from a Ju188 or Ju388 (see last photos). An EXTREMELY RARE item, it would make SUPERB item for any collection, display, or restoration project!
