You are bidding on a SUPERB example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe 50 – 350 km/hr Fahrtmesser (Airspeed Indicator), Fl. 22228, as used ONLY in the Fi156, W34, Bü133, DFS230, and others!

This gague is a NICE example, produced between 1942 and 1945. Located on the main instrument panel, it measured the current airspeed of the aircraft.

Made of black bakelite by Bruhn, this instrument is in EXCELLENT used condition. 100% of the original finish remains, and the Fl. label is 100% complete, clearly indicating “Fahrtmesser – 50-350 km./r. FL. 22228”. Some marks and scratches due to the age, but nothing that detracts. I have indicated it’s location in the last photos. Would make for an AMAZING addition to any collection, display, or restoration project!
