Description
This mechanical starter crank handle was used to start the engine of Ju87 Stuka. The ground crew would insert it into the starter, and then crank the arm counter clockwise in order to start the engine. Made of magnesium, wood, and steel, this Engine Crank Handle is of early-war production and is in VERY NICE used condition! Though there are some slight marks, wear, and paint loss, it is 100% complete with NO damage! Some slight corrosion from storage, but nothing that detracts. Features some manufacture markings on the side. There were a couple versions of this handle, with this type being the early to mid-war style. I have indicated it’s location in the last photo. A SUPERB addition to any collection, display, or restoration project! |
