WW II German Air Force T-1 Morsetaste – T-1 MORSE KEY – Ln. 26902 – NICE!

1 in stock

You are bidding on a NICE example of a WW2 German Luftwaffe Ta.P. T1 Morsetaste (Morse Key), Ln. 26902, as used in various Aircraft and Signals Communication Equipment!

Accurate intelligence and secure lines of communication were critical to all armies during WW2.  The German Luftwaffe Signals personnel utilized a wide variety of radio receivers and field telephones in all theaters of operation.  One of the common pieces of Equipment was a Morse Telegraph Key, which could be used with most radios.  The advantage of the telegraph, was that the signal traveled twice the distance than that of voice signals.

Made of bakelite and steel, this Luftwaffe Ta.P. T1 Morse Telegraph Key is in GOOD used condition.  There is some slight wear and marks due to the age but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance.  It comes complete with the original base plate, rubber base plate cover, cord (cord shows a lot of wear), and plug!  Features the inscription:

Vor dem Offnen Stecker Herausziechen

 (Remove plug before opening)

All markings are VERY clear.  Would make a PERFECT addition to any collection or display!

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
