Vintage German – " Mit im Osten Unseren Panzern " – Pencil Sketches / Art Prints

1 in stock

You are bidding on a VERY RARE and 100% ORIGINAL 1943 edition of “Mit im Osten Unseren Panzern” with artwork by both Hermann Schneider and Paul Freiwald!

This original 1943 publication by Wilhelm Limpert Verlag, Berlin features 30 FANTASTIC drawings, sketches, and water colours by both artists.

This EXTREMELY RARE art series is in SUPERB used condition!  Though there is some wear, marks, and tears to the paper folder, there are NO rips or tears on the art pages!  Also includes the cover page and contents list, which is usually missing from there.  The focus in this collection is on the men and machines of the Panzer tank units, and is done in both black and white and color!  All depictions are that from the Eastern Front, during Operation Barbarossa.  EASILY the best Panzer Sketch series printed, many of these larger prints were later made into smaller postcards.  Would make a VERY RARE addition to any collection or display!

——————- TERMS OF SALE —————–

Most of my items are vintage, and as such are AS-IS, so you must therefore expect a degree of wear due to age and/or usage. I will describe each auction to the best of my knowledge and take as many photos necessary to ensure you are pleased upon receiving your item. All sales are final, so please make sure your questions are answered to your satisfaction before you purchase.

——————- ABOUT ME —————–

Although my passion is the Me109, I do offer many other German Aircraft (Fw190, Me262, etc.), as well as USAF and Japanese items. Occasionally I do offer many non-vintage items such as prints and art relating to the time period. As a private collector myself, I am constantly on the lookout for historical memorabilia, authentic photographs, artwork or anything unique relating to military aircraft.
