He was an Austrian artist, painter, commercial artist and illustrator. He attended economic school and worked as a bureaucrat. A secondary job as a pianist helped him apply to University of Applied Arts Vienna. There he was a student of Berthold Löffler a friend of Oskar Kokoschka. This EXTREMELY RARE art series is in SUPERB used condition! Though there is some wear and marks, there are NO rips or tears on the art pages! Originally commissioned by Junkers, it features approx. 40 images of watercolors and pencil sketches depicting the men and machines of the Army and Air Force! One of the NICEST sketch series printed, many of these larger prints were later made into smaller postcards. Would make a VERY RARE addition to any collection or display!
